From materials management to key process parameters, customer care, research and development, all feed from our exacting standards and the company commitment to excel with all of the Medical Compounds we produce, and with the Medical Device Customers, we serve. A wide range of materials testing is carried out to ISO and ASTM standards covering Mechanical / Colour / Ash Content / Tensile / Moisture Parameters.

For every batch of medical grade compound produced by IPC, a comprehensive Certificate of Analysis is supplied. The certificate details the order, specification references, formulation and batch number of ingredients used as well as test property values such as moisture levels, tensile properties, melt flow index (MFI) and colour spectra.
